 Charge your vFit for at least 12 hours before first use. Apply at least a dime-sized amount of a clear, water-based gel like the vFit Photonic Gel to help with insertion of the device. Turn on your vFit by pressing the power button. Choose your light mode and press the light mode button again to get started. Then lie back, relax, and know you're improving your intimate wellness.
